Tom Hoch developed a comprehensive Clubhouse Master Plan that reshaped the future of Des Moines Golf and Country Club. Working alongside club leadership, we defined the interior space plan to enhance member flow, functionality, and the overall experience. The result is a beautifully reimagined clubhouse complete with a new golf shop and expanded casual dining venue. By optimizing the layout, we were able to reduced the proposed addition by nearly 15,000 square feet—achieving a more efficient and more sophisticated design solution. The revitalized clubhouse was proudly unveiled in 2022.
